​📝 Usage Guidelines

My music is free to use for:

✅ Commercial use on social media platforms only (Video monetization,                 sponsorships, and branded content on YouTube, Twitch, Instagram, etc.)

✅ Non-commercial projects (Educational, personal, hobby, or non-profit               projects with no direct or indirect financial gain)

My music is NOT free to use for:

❌ Podcasts (monetized or commercial)
❌ Movies & Short Films
❌ Advertisements & Commercials
❌ Background music for businesses (or any other business use)
❌ Any monetized media outside social media platforms

If you want to use my music in any of these mediums, you can purchase a license directly from my music page.

For larger commercial projects with higher budgets (projects exceeding €2,500), or if no license is available for a specific song, the standard licenses from my shop will not be sufficient. In these cases, please contact me directly at lukas@loeffelberger.at to discuss a custom licensing solution.

🚫Restrictions

The following actions are NOT permitted:

• Redistributing/Uploading my music to streaming services (like Spotify, Apple Music, etc.)

• Remixing, editing, covering, or creating derivative works without permission

• Claiming ownership of my music or registering it in Content ID systems

• Using my music for AI training, datasets, or generative models

❌Don´t want to give Credits?

Yes, that’s possible. If you’re working on a brand collaboration or prefer to use my music without attribution links in your description, you can buy an extended license for some of my songs on my music page.

​⚠️Copyright Claims

To protect my work from unauthorized use, all recordings are registered with SoundVault and YourHit. These services help ensure that content creators provide proper credit and comply with the required license terms.

If you receive a copyright claim from one of these companies, simply add the correct license text to your video description. The claim will be released within 2–5 business days.
